On behalf of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria, welcome to our directory of professional builders, renovators, trades and suppliers. CHBA members are committed to education and training, professionalism, consumer awareness, and housing affordability. CHBA has 8,000 members across Canada, and 185 members locally from the Cowichan Valley to Sooke, including Saanich Peninsula and Salt Spring Island. More than 90 of these are builders and renovators employing thousands of trades and suppliers in the community. We are a four-time People’s Choice winner of the Festival of Trees fundraiser for the BC Children's Hospital; and we partnered with Habitat for Humanity on the FlexPlex Housing Affordability Project for families on limited incomes. CHBA is a founding sponsor of the Goldstream Chum Program, sending thousands of school children to the salmon run; and we contribute to Santa’s Anonymous, Times Colonist Christmas Fund, and Young Life Home Tour.
